Anyone used a Renogy solar panel? (3 Viewers)

I know nothing about Renogy other than what I’ve googled which is that they are a total outsource type manufacture and there seems to be a lot of negative feedback in general but they sell batteries and other stuff too. This foldable form factor is appealing to me. May be worth a gamble.

Sure, I have used a portable flexible Renogy 100W panel for several years to charge my camper batteries when not plugged into shore power. It’s worked great and is well made. I have a 40 foot extension cord so I can get it in the sun at most campsites. Unless you have big power needs, 400W is a lot!

Thanks. There is a 200w version of it also. I’m living with zero solar now and as long as I drive a couple hours every day I’m OK. on my last trip. I ran my freezer and as expected that consumes a lot of more power than just the refrigerator. My main battery would be down to like 15% in the morning, but my fridge has a 300 W hour battery in it and I have an additional 300 Wh back up. 100w is enough to run my fridge and slowly charge. 200w is probably enough.

We use them a ton where I work in very harsh environments/industries (not that exact style though).
