Anyone running 315/75-16 Goodyear Duratrac's? Spacers needed?

I just picked up a used set of 315/75-16 Goodyear Duractrac's for a great deal locally.

I'm planning on a OME 2.5-3" lift and most likely a small body lift if I start rubbing, but for those who have run this size tire on the 100 series, did you need/use spacers to clear the upper control arm? I'd like to have all parts on hand before tearing it down, and not mess with returning an unnecessary part.

I'll be saving for gears and a front ARB Locker, but I'll ride the factory gears for the summer. The GY Duratrac's come in like a true 34" so it'll be interesting to see how it goes down the road.

Thanks in advance-

No spacers needed for the upper control arms with my 315 toyos, but once you lift it you will likely need them so you don't rub your frame at full lock.

Thanks for that Benc, how wide are the Toyo's running? They have an aggressive sideway iirc.

They are 315/75-16 but they look to be a little on the narrow side. You will find that every truck is different. Some will rub where others will not. This is mostly due to difference in the alignment. I think I have the spidertrax 1 1/4 in spacers on mine but I will say get as small as you can. When the suspension compresses the track will widen and with out the spacers I had zero contact with the fender but contacted the frame while turning, with the spacers there is no more frame contact but it now will rub the outer edge of the fender. If I had 1" spacers I don't think there would be any rubbing at all but I'm not sure if they offer those.

How are you running 16" I thought they would not clear the break calipers?

I am on 315/70/17s on stock wheels with 1.25" spacers and they clear everything but on big compression they will take off the fenders if you dont run longer timberin bump stops or bump stop spacers.

Some pics for you:
