Anyone live near liberty Upull that could go look to see if this is there and if it is rusty/trash?

row52 alerted me this was added to inventory this week, hoping that the truck bed is on it, and it is not too rusty....

Looked pretty good, so unbolted it, got Rob to drive up to help and then i pulled the bed liner and found rust holes...... SUCK...

Found one in Wichita, anyone with empty trailer load coming this way?

I have a good idea why. I'm almost afraid to ask, but what do you want a Frontier bed for?

It is for Josh's Ute project. Check out the link in his signature.

The only logical option is he joins the dark side with a datsun/nissan after searching toyota for years, On a cool trailer build. Or a super unique ute in North America. What ever it might be...

Now don't go off and try to bring Logic into this....

Diminsions. we spent two months hunting down diminsions of different beds and the older frontier was the only bed that would work.

The trick is that I want to be able to use a bed cover system that is made for a truck already, so I did not want to alter the width, yet I needed the inner structure of the bed to fit within the 80 existing size.

Plan is to basically take this bed, move the wheel well to center for our purposes, then "skin" it with the 80 rear door and quarter skin, to make it look like it was factory made.

I tried to convince Josh of doing a tray back as I know this is going to be a ton of work.
