Anyone know the true owner of the 45V on VOR?

Just curious because if anyone did, I'd probably be willing to pay the current owner whatever VOR is going to give them for it (maybe even a bit more). But from my reading of threads here and on Pirate I will not be giving VOR any $$$.

it's probably too late to undercut vor. they've probably already paid for it, just waiting to sell it to a customer and have them pick it up there.
