Anyone know the JC Whitney part # for LV door weather stripping?

Getting ready for the cooler months ahead and looking to seal up the LV and add heat. I need the JC Whitney part # for the weatherstripping that some have used on the door jambs of their LV's and the # for the felt in the window guide. Thanks.

In the past some have used JCW part # SJ132562B, and it looks like that part # has been changed to ZX132562T.

I used that JC Whitney part on my LV, it shrank about 2 inches w/in six months. .. Be sure to keep the clips that are place under the original weatherstriping

Are you sure it's this part? Says the trim is reinforced with flexible steel core and requires no clips. I'll save some extra stripping just in case. Thanks.

I can only guess that it shrank because it was curing... but it definitely left a gap. Happened over @ a 6 month period. Groundup recently put some on his LV...I'll ask him to reply to this thread with his results (and pics - I'm a long way from my LV) The original weather stripping I was referring to was pressed in place around the door frame with the "clips" pressed onto the steel lip of the door frame... they were tough to get off. The description is correct - the "flexible steel core" can best be described as "ribs" down the length of the what’s shown in white on the above graphic, you can cut through the rubber between the ribs with a knife.... no steel down the length of it. I'd use it again but would allow it to cure for a couple of months.

Next issue in the installation is trying to get the thresholds to fit back in place as nicely as they originally appeared to have.

Nope, but in the winter it gets into the 20s and 30s in the morning.
