I'm seeing a multitude of problems on that one... you would be spending thousands working all the bugs out.....That cruiser is nothing more than a HACK JOB....

Thanks for the reply. I think i remember seeing it when I was on R n R, just trying to figure out if it was the same one. It looked and felt like sand paper.

Not sure if it is the same one that was at Edwin's when he moved from the old shop to his current location.

that's the one I was thinking of. I remember hating the paint job.

Edwin does nice work, and Luis isn't an employee. Neither am I.

I hope not, he's working on my truck :D

Just to clarify in case that came off the wrong way. I wouldn't have trusted my truck to Edwin while I'm overseas if I didn't know he did good work.

How bout this one, don't know the year because the production plate is on Japanese. It's at a dealership in Orem.

And now for the pic. Plenty of time to kill while I wait for a fuel injector.

You're in Oklahoma City? That looks like a spy photo of the old rustbucket. I was hoping to surprise you guys at the next C&C dangit.

What's up with the injector? Are you temporarily stranded?

Back in the car now. Thru the CEL late yesterday coming down the pass from Price UT. Limped to Orem and found a Hampton one block from the TEQ Stealership. Two injectors had the retaining clip busted off where the wiring harness attaches. Thinking shade tree mechanic must have yanked on them. No one on MUD has seen this before, dealer said the same. $800 later and I'm finally heading north.

Yep 800 smacks when the part is 100 each from Cruiser Dan and it takes about an hour with a pecan porter in one hand, any hand. It hurt but what are you going to do?

Sorry you got stranded. I know exactly how it feels. At least it was in a picturesque spot, and hopefully you had refreshments on hand.
