Ok, So who has done peters mill all the way through. I talked to my parents. They said i was welcome to go but if i mess anything up that i wont be making it to my brothers graduation(VMI). Does anyone really think im gonna risk messing up the 80?

I've not been there, but I've talked to guys who have. I even posted questions about it on some J--p-centric websites. One guy wrote back saying it was not much more than a dirt road that you could do in a Subaru. Every picture I've seen shows some rocks and stuff off to the side of the path, but there's always a clear way around them. The friends I'm bringing are going to be in their stock TJ that they're planning on selling soon. I think you'll be alright.

I'm planning to head to Madison on Sunday the 22nd, maybe camping Saturday night if anyone is interested in coming. I'll be doing some fairly steep and rocky trails and creek crossings so a little body/mechanical damage is possible.

So far it's me, Cruiserhead, and apcoleman, plus 1 (maybe 2) j--ps. That's at least 4 vehicles; we're still good.
