Anyone have a scan tool that can program keyless entry key fobs? (1 Viewer)

The keyless entry key fob for our 2015 Yukon died on us, and dealer wants $175 for the fob and $150 to program. I can get 2 fobs for $35 on amazon. The keyless fobs have to be programmed with a scan tool. The upper end 2 way models can do it, so wondering if anyone has one available I can use?

I can only program toyota keys.
