Anyone diy rubber floor mats

I used the same rubber matting as Tancruiser but in gray, covered my floors front and rear with it last summer. Put a layer of Reflectex underneath to dampen out heat and noise from the floorboards plus it gives it a litte more cushioning. Used my old carpet kit from the 90's as a template for a perfect fit. It works great, is holding up well and only cost around $100 to complete.

Heavy duty, thick, even cuts down on some heat in the cab.

I've got a cut section of this in the back of my Prado 95, and it works great for the dogs

I went to the local ranch store, like CAL or Tractor Supply, and bought a roll of 1/4" thick in 40"x96" for $80. They use in truck bed, or kennels and stalls. It was exact between my fenders.
