only thing about that is I got rid of my 31 x 10.5s bc the suspension rolled so bad with the 4 inch lift and those little tires. yall think removing a spring per corner and 33 x 10.5s would ride better than a full 4 inches on 31s?

I LOVE the tall skinny look but my #1 concern is safety for the little misses and yung un.

right now leaning towards a 33 x 10.5 (or 11.5) Wild Country XTX AT pending sale of the 35s.

Removing leafs. Absolutely will help. I would take the bottom small one out first....maybe even the next one. It will soften the ride and take some lift out.

A little width helps the feeling of stability, but in essence, its just a seat of the pants thing between 12.50's and 10.50's. The taller sidewall from 31 to 33" will be noticeable. There will be a bit more "float" as the the sidewalls will flex, but the ride will be better as there is more sidewall to flex.

If you want your daughter totally safe, keep her in the 4Runner. These things are old, the brakes suck, the steering sucks, and in an emergency situation, they don't respond well. Strap her in and drive. You can't control everything.

Shush...

The roll is going to be more on the tire itself and air pressure. If you are worried about the better half's of your family do go cheap on tires....NEVER.

Spend the money on BFG A/T's. You will not wear them out and they will do any and everything you will ever want to do. Go 33x10.5 and don't look back.

When they start stocking the 33x9.5 again I am going that route on my 62.
I have had them before and have bought 5 sets of tires since and I am going back and not changing.

My other .02 would be get a set of OEM steel wheels and put hubcaps back on the truck... that is an awesome look for a 40.

Wild countries are fine. I would not think that any tire will wear out with the use you will be giving it. They may dry rot before you wear them down. BFG ATs are my all time favorite tire but if they are $50 more each than the Wild County....well.....

33x10.50 on stock wheels ALL THE WAY.

You can move those MTRs on Craigslist.

Sorry I should have put this conversation in my thread...im Sure greg will send me a nasty gram

For work. Leaving at 6. Be home around 7.

I have a set of 17" Stauns - enough to double beadlock (4) 17" rims.

I bought a set of 17s and Stauns as a package deal - buyer wouldn't split.

I've decided to just run a DIY beadlock kit on the rims.

Asking $500
