@Robkc are you thinking that will be a potential camp table ?

It is a little heavier than most camp tables but essentially yes. Much sturdier and easy to setup.

I usually camp with big groups often at primitive sites where there is no picnic table. Also, I enjoy cooking so I usually setup a buffet for group meals. Since I don't have to worry about space for kids I end up bringing everything but the kitchen sink. It is almost a little big for tossing in Lexi but not an issue for Brutus.

I will bring it to the annual meeting for demo. If it goes on sale the price should be good for the entire month of April and their policy is if it goes on sale within 30 days, bring in the receipt and credit will be issued.

@half k cruiser Here is a pic of the table in the back of Lexi so you can judge how much room it takes. The rear hatch will close.

I picked up a few extra gas cans and I will be headed to central MO tonight and coming back to KC either Thursday night or Friday. I have 4 with me if anyone along the I-70 wants some. PM for my number or text if you already have it.

No gas cans at the new Costco in Apex NC :(

Whole skid full of them at the Costco on Blue Valley Parkway. Sounds like everyone got their fill. ;)

Come on back for the annual meeting @weejub and we can hook you up out here.

How is everybody planning on transporting these things? How is the vapor control on them? In other words, can they be run inside the cab?

Personally, I would never put a gas can inside a car. In a wreck, what might happen?

Good point. Definitely don't need any projectiles nor fires in there. One of the reasons I miss my truck. Made it easy to transport fuel without (much) worry.

I am going to move my hi-lift mount to make a tray for mine on my swing out.

Jack, you've got plenty of space on your swing out, we could easily fab up a mount. Or........ looks like there's going to be a group buy coming up again soon, just buy the carrier for it.

would you ever own a 40-70's truck or a 60's mustang for that matter. probably many more models. i long after a 40's truck any brand they are all classy in that era in my opinion. all had gas in the cab mustang didn't even have it bolted in. old technology for sure but it's happens.

how bad do people frown on diesel or Jet-A in a regular red gasoline can?.

IMHO if you label well OK and never had anyone say anything at a pump.

A few rotten guys got a surprise after breaking in to my brother's farm shed and filling up their tank with his unlabeled red diesel can though, so as long as you and those you are OK sharing with know all is good. ;)

Ya that's how I've grown up. You always check a can before using it. I have always mixed and at that price I picked up a few all ready have one spray painted partially yellow.

Good call on spraying yellow paint on them. I am replacing two cans that have been used for diesel for 15 plus years.

I found all three flavors of Specter 20L at Tractor Supply, btw - blue/yellow/red.
