I ordered a winch bumper back in April when they had a sale, and I still haven't received the bumper. On the website it still says my order is processing. I was charged the full amount in April. Anybody else in a similar situation?

Well, 1 - everyone and everyplace is backed up big time, whether it's manufacturing or shipping, and 2 - have you contacted them?
You need to call them because they say "In Stock" on their website and they pretty good about updating whats in stock and whats backordered.

I called and waited on hold for over 5 minutes before leaving a message and hanging up. Did the chat on the website and they said they’d be contacting me “soon” for delivery.
I ordered one in April as well. They were out of stock, and expected back by end of May. I assume you ordered one for a 100. I got an email from the freight coordinator 2 nights ago. I gave them my delivery preference, and now I’m just waiting on a shipping notification. Long story short, you’ll probably get an email from a guy named Oliver in the next couple of days.
I sure hope they eventually replace my 9500 winch that stopped working back in March...less than 9 months old. Still waiting. Might have to just demand a refund and get something else.

@Ironman 4x4 USA has a presence on mud. It's good idea to tag them to let them know what's going on though. Ive had nothing but good experiences with their customer service. Everything is a little screwy right now. I'm sure they will get y'all straightened out.
I ordered a T-17 bumper from TJM through the BumperStore, was told it would be 4-6 weeks. Inquired this week about a delivery date and was told sometime in July. so now it's going to be twice as long as I was told. Bummer because it's the last piece I need for my build.

In July of 2020, in the thick of the scamdemic hysteria, I ordered two lifts, one for an 04LX (FCP, stage 3) one for an 05 GX (Nitro, stage 2, didn't have stage 3 in stock). Also ordered a bumper and winch for the LX. I received my parts in Nov 2020, again due in large part to the global logistics nightmare. I never pressured them and Ironman in turn made it right by giving me a hell of a deal since I'm retired Navy and bought all these parts at once. At the time of purchase last year, if you bought a lift you'd also get a free set of Treds with each kit. I've only received one set and have spoken with Jenny and John and been told I'd get them but haven't. But I'm not too worried as I was told they were out of stock and I'm on the list to get them. The deal they gave me (discount) just couldn't be matched by anyone anywhere considering what I got and what I paid. I'm very happy with the lifts and the ride quality is excellent on both vehicles. BTW, I've used my winch multiple times and I could probably pull a carrier out of dry dock if I used all 3 of my pulleys. Gotta love using the remote while winching in deep Florida mud! My friend got his Jeep stuck to the frame in a mud hole and I said here, grab this line and this soft shackle and tie her up. I remotely winched him from inside my truck and didn't get one drop of mud on me thanks to the remote, hah!
Small potatoes but I ordered a new 8ft awning from Ironman America on friday to replace a crappy eBay awning I bought a couple of years ago that completely took a dump (legs bent, etc) and it showed up today (Tuesday), so I'm happy.
