Any trick to get passenger seat all the way down?

A saturn vue we used to have let you put the front right seat all the way down, which was very handy for moving long things. Is there any way to achieve this on our rigs?

The seat back movement is limited as far as it will go until it stops. I assume all 100s have power seats. You can fab some add on wood racks for your roof for long stuff though, think OregonLC has an example.

I hate hauling long stuff inside, can tear up headliner/interior too easy.

It's even worse when you have a cargo barrier. I can't haul anything large anymore. I'd rather have the barrier than not though. It's a trade off.

Looks pretty slick to me. I'm going back and forth on getting rid of my pickup. If I do, think ill make something like that and buy a small open trailer for when I need to haul bigger stuff.
