I am going to try and find a lift kit locally at Lowcountry 4x4 or order one and have it delivered as soon as possible without breaking the bank.

Is there anyone down in Lowcountry that would be willing to help put one on.....?

I dont have anything but basic tools so will be borrowing jack stands unless someone has access to a lift.......I have compressor but no air wrench to pull the lugs and bolts...but also hate paying hundreds of dollars in labor for a 2-3 hour job.

Looking at ToyTec, OME or RevTek....leaning towards ToyTec kit with medium OME up front and medium in rear...then when money is not so tight since I just bought her last week...LOL...I can upgrad to HD springs and shocks up front when I put on a bumper and winch next year.

LowCountry will do you right. They are very competitively priced especially when you consider shipping. You are more than welcome to borrow my jack stands and jack if you need to. I should be able to help although I am not 100% sure on doing the front. Rear should be super simple though. I have just never done a coil/strut setup before.

I used LC a few years ago when I did my Cherokee and they were just starting....then my dad used them for his truck and FJ60....and my son in law does some machine and welding work on the side for their customers when things break.....but heard they got lots more expensive.

If I can get a good enough price on labor and product I will buy through them...but if not might have to buy myself and give it a shot. Told to take coil overs to shop and have them compressed professionally since it is safer and they got the right tools. Maybe someone will pipe up...so I dont have to spend as much for labor as it costs for product. LOL

Yeah I am pretty sure I could do the rest...just not sure about IFS up front....I make take you up on the jacks and stands though...you can watch and hand me beer and call the medic if I kill myself doing them. LOL

Thats along the same lines of what I have heard regarding the front. The spring rate on the OME is too much for the cheap-o spring compressors that you can rent or buy at the parts store. If you need a hand just PM me and I will shoot my phone number over to you.

I pulled trigger on ToyTec lift kit that has OME mediums up front and in rear....lets me keep my stock shocks for now and can upgrade them to the OME shocks when I put on the heavy front bumper and stuff next year and save a few bucks now.

As soon as I get a delivery date for suspension I will let everyone know.....especially if it can be a HAMOM and I just got to buy beer and cook on the grill.....I got the perfect rear patio with speakers and all to drink and relax afterwards.

Stay Tuned....as I try and get a delivery date to setup a firm date. Thanks fellas...
