Any snow tires in 295/70/r18 or 34.5" on 18"? (1 Viewer)

I have been looking unsuccessfully for winter tires. Currently running 295/70/18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers which works well with the current gearing set up.
Do you guys know of any 34.5" winter tires for 18 inch rims? Would I have better luck finding 16 or 17 inch rims instead?

Sadly, there are none I know of.
Dedicated snow tires seen to end at 275/70-18

If you really need a tire the same height, I believe there are some in 275/65-20 which is basically the same height as 295/70-18
