Any safety or drive quality issues to be concerned with on these "used" tires?

I am trying to keep my costs down and I realize some people's opinion is that they would never buy used. I however am still considering this for the right price. Anyways, These are on FB marketplace at $200 (Which I could talk down more).

Info:
- Post title from seller: Lt 275 70 18 BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2 10 ply E rated
- Post description: All 4 tires for 200. 1 1/2 years old.
I adding the only given photos at the moment.

I would say no and that I'd run them. I've had worse.

I appreciate your feedback! My main concern was they seems to have some deep scaring...For me this vehicle is still for family and a daily driver. I just wanted users here with a little more tire experience and knowledge to chime in, Thanks. So the deep scaring evident in the pictures is really nothing at all then?

Personally I would say no. They will split like that but the integrity is in the metal radial bands. Others might see it differently but that's been my take for over 20 years.

They look to have a lot of gravel/trail wear.

I'm all for saving money and I too am looking for the right set of used tires, but I would be looking for a set with an even wear pattern that have been mostly worn on the street.

Also consider the cost of mounting and installation. If you are spending less on the tires you may be mounting and balancing more often than you would with either new or newer tires so your cost savings would essentially be eliminated.

Who's driving, someone that will notice a tire problem sooner than later? How often are the kids in it? What kind of driving? Where's the spare?

I'd be interested.

Drive quality issues: E rated tires with an off road tread for a daily driver? I have bought used tires, but wouldn't buy those for your use.

Since when does a 100 series owner care about costs? :D
