I have always' loved the 80's but they are now getting long in the tooth and i am in the position where I could pick up a LX470 or 100' series cruiser. It would be my choice to set it up for "Mild" wheeling so ome springs and possibly arb air locker in the rear and would consider an Arb bumper with a winch. Nothing crazy ! It would be my dailydriver to and from work and to pick up my kids from school or inlaw's.

Like the 100's or not ?

id go for it. find one with the rear locker, and just add an arb up front. they're just as tough but way more refined than the 80 with the better motor in the V8. the 80 is now the new 60. just like the 80, its a big wagon. but it'll still wheel with the best of em...
