I remember that thread from a couple years ago, super cool.
After that I spent a few hours staring at the bottom of the 60 body to see if there was any space for the same kind of thing, but to no avail.


As for making something like that, I'm not real keen on building someone else's idea, too bad hafi is on the wrong continent.
If you were my neighbor and could drop the truck off for awhile I could probably be talked into it, but without an 80 of my own I would not be willing to build such an invasive mod without the appropriate fitting and testing on my part.

I have given thought to a more generic bolt in floor case that would work in that, and a few other applications, but right now I've got plenty of projects to keep busy with.
