I replaced the original f135 in my ‘65 45 with an f145 that I rebuilt. I have most of the parts to rebuild the f135, but no need for it. Is there any interest in a rebuilt 135?

Cheers,
Mike

Hmm, very tempting. If you were in TX I'd probably go for it.

If Fastenal is still doing their Blue Line freight then shipping an engine from TN to TX won’t be that expensive.
Have you ever tried Fastenal?

Fastenal Industrial Supplies, OEM Fasteners, Safety Products & More - https://www.fastenal.com/fast/blue-lane-freight ? They have 2 regions and they don’t cross over but…In 2020 I shipped a F-135 engine, transmission, transfer case from TX to VA for $225.23 and same exact items from MS to VA for $169.98 strapped to a pallet. They aren’t super quick but if you aren’t in a hurry the price more than makes up for it.

From your first post, it says you have parts to rebuild , so, will you rebuild or send the F135 with parts for me to rebuild ?

I guess either way, but I was thinking I’d build. For me to build, I’d need the intake and exhaust manifold from whoever it’s being built for so I could start the engine and brake it in after building.
