Sort of hard to go wrong on $80. Looks like they're about $300 new - without the gas conversion.

130amp isn't a whole lot to work with, but will likely serve you reasonably well for small projects.
 
I do see a gas regulator in one of the pictures. I guess you need something else on/in the welder to hook up gas?

It did show the regulator, so I'm assuming that it is set up for gas. Typically there is a hose barb on the back of the welder to connect the hose to that goes to the regulator and then to the tank. Internally, it needs plumbing from the hose valve to a solenoid valve to turn on gas flow when you pull the trigger and then plumbing from the valve to the gun.
