Fellas, I wish that all of your wife's, SO's, etc.. were like mine. She was excited to see me, the dog, and even Marley when she got home. We went for a little ride a few miles up the road.

There's my good deed for the day, Wife and dog are happy...;)

Good observation Finny.. I do see a lot of women and OLD MEN driving these around these parts.. HMMMM...

BTW Finny, good work with Crux on the lift..

Good thing I'm still LOOKING huh! However, either will serve my needs much better than the Dodge.

Thx bro.
My wife says to me last night: "you're so generous with your time honey." and I couldnt stop laughing because I knew she meant: "you're so generous with MY time, honey!" (she had a secret weekend chore list for me!)
It's all good. It was a blast. Plus it was a great chance to pay it forward...

Yeah, it's the little things we miss, that our spouse's say, that get us in the "KNOW" or gets us the "NO"....

Well good to see you bouncing around the forum again Finny. Things calming down a bit for you now.

Got a few items today.. Took Manu's idea and ordered an exact set of LED flood lights for the back end.. Picked up my plywood for the storage drawers. and I forgot to post that the wife scored some more of that carpet so, I have enough to cover the drawers when there finished.

Ordered my drawer slides and I think I scored some FJ62 thirds as well...

Busy day for work and for procuring items for Marley.

No s***. Never thought to look there, I'll have to next time I'm at that store. Thanks!

Still looks like a pretty decent sized piece of carpet for $19.99.. And with all the Christmas and Halloween crap coming out they have to make room by dumping the BBQ/Summer stuff.

It's a 6' x 8' piece. I liked that I could run the full width of the cargo area with it and it lays FLAT!

Also, I did score a pair of FJ62 complete thirds from Jason @ CruiserYard. I'm looking at the Powertrax Lock-Right locker for the rear. What's everyone think?

J, i honestly can say that i spent the last 5 hours reading through every single word on this thread and i cant say enough good things about your build so far. you are truly an inspiration for all of us. your rig has come so far in such a short amount of time. when i first got my LC i never imagined that there would be so many different things that you can do with them. i can say that i have become infected with the cruiser virus and I LOVE IT!. i hope that one day my LC can look even somewhat close to what your does. i can see from the work you do to it that your truly compassionate about everything you've done. I enjoy watching all the build threads on IH8MUD very much and it only fuels my passion. to watch people like you take something completely run into the ground and breathe new life into it with so much detail only makes it better for people like me and others. I am absolutely certain that anyone that comes across this thread can see how much time and effort you have put into Marley. you deserve the utmost respect for all that you have done and i hope to someday be able to meet you in my rig and share an adventure with you. Smilies just dont do it justice. i look forward to seeing more that you have to offer. good luck and keep it going

Thank you for the kind words. As I have told everyone, I love working on Marley. Feel free to use any idea on this build or PM me with any questions. That goes for anybody in search of an answer I haven't made clear during this build.
