Annual Meeting 2014 - Paris Mountain - Sept 27

Not sure if Chuck has all the details worked out for the annual but I wanted to get a thread going. Since the meeting is on September 27 and that's the day after my birthday we plan to camp as a family either Thursday thru Sunday or Friday thru Monday.

Last year we were in spot 35 and the others were nearby. Checking the Paris Mountain page it looks like 32, 33, & 35 are available but everything else around is already reserved. Personally I would prefer that we are all nearby especially with the kids. Joel, Kane, Marshall, Chuck and others with kids what are your thoughts? I think we should go ahead and reserve our spots soon if possible.

The date is set for Sept 27 as it has been on the calendar a while. Chuck and the BOD are still discussing details and we'll update you very soon.

Yep we're gonna do it on the 27th, I'm calling next week to see what's available cabana wise at Paris Mtn. We will keep y'all updated with the details....Start saving your dollars for those raffle tickets, I think Matt Dean started last annual and has been saving since...he always buys the most raffle tickets so y'all got some work to do!

Long time no chat! I am planning to come and camp with the family Fri and Sat nights. Look forward to catching up! I reserved 33 today just to be safe. I like that flatter end of the loop.

I'll be at 35 again this year. Fri and Sat nights at this point for us, may add another once I see how work/church pan out for that weekend.

Reserved campsite 32 Friday thru sunday. Never been inside the park before so I hope its a decent site.

Well my lovely job has requested my presence on my birthday. The same birthday I received approval to be off for almost 6 months earlier. So I will be headed up Friday afternoon instead of Thursday evening.

My landlord Steve is coming out again this year. He and his family are camping with mine.

We are camping Friday thru sunday. Bringing two vehicles though. Got the feeling wife may want to bail/ go shopping!

We are in the picnic shelter next to the one we were in last year, believe that is B, it will have Upstate Cruisers on the board.
It's 2 bucks to get in the gate as usual.

Gonna do something simple like burgers and dogs so if you plan on eating post up how many you have coming so I know how much food to buy.
