Android 12.1 " radio no rpm/speed indication

Hi All, i have just installed a 12.1" chinese Android radio unit into my 2014 LC 200. It came with a 2 wire OBD connector but when i connect it the actual rpm went down to zero, abs light appeared and android unit also showed 0 rpm. Any setting or way out for this, thanks. It seems the 2 wires connect to OBD CAN high and low but result is nothing. Pl. See the video.

Dear Mate,
If your Aftermarket radio can bus is orange then it is the same as what I have Installed on my LC200 Sahara 2008,
When you connect the OBD see if the Air conditioning works. if it doesn't work then it is connected on LIN system instead of CAN System. I had this problem as well.

There is no canbus decoder with my radio. The wires labelled as OBD are coming out of a port and at the other end is a OBD adapter. Adapter has only 2 connectors.
