I'm currently running 16x8 steel wheels with -24mm negative offset.

I'm thinking into trading them with these 7.5x16":

But I want to keep the tires out and, since they are 0 offset, I will need to use spacers.

The only spacers available here are 30mm, either in aluminium or steel.

Steel should be more resistant, but I'm trading the wheels to save weight and I'm afraid with the weight of the steel spacers I'll may lose some of the gains of the aluminium wheels.

Have any of you tried with either aluminium or steel spacers?. What about vibration issues and that stuff?.

I wouldn't worry too much about the weight of the spacers, you are still losing more weight going from steel to aluminum wheels than the difference from steel and aluminum spacers.

I've never seen steel spacers. The aluminum ones work fine.

I know, but I'd like to keep the minimum weight.

The most popular ones here are the Hoffmans steel spacers.

Any advice on a particular brand that makes good aluminium spacers, or just any of the cheap ones in ebay would work fine?
