I've been following the various alternator discussions on the board over the last few months.
I posted a few times detailing my experiences - all the classic symptoms of a bad alternator. Instead of replacing the brushes like I should have, I had my local stealer replace the whole deal.
Anyway, it's been replaced for about a month now but the voltage needle on the dash still moves a bit (and then returns to normal) when I turn on the headlights, use the windows, etc. Is this indicative of a more involved issue? This doesn't happen on my 100 and never happened with my previous 80.
It's running well and doesn't seem to have any other issues other than the needle moving when I use things that draw power...
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks!
