yeah, a bit quirky, and maybe too much back and forth, but the guys knows his s***, has some great products, and seems to only bring a product if he can bring the best. I have definitely spent some $$ with him. Typically these boutique vendors are very small and many have other jobs so you have to go into a purchase and not expect Amazon turn around and service......that is a good thing.
