Are there any detailed thends on upgrading to a 100 or 120 altenator. On a 91 3fe fj 80?

I noticed you have a 97 fj80 I have a 91 with the 3fe. Will this alternator work on a 3fe?

I think the first question you should ask is why do you need a lager alternator? I run a fridge, big lights, medium stereo, HAM, CB. Never found myself needed a larger alternator. Big battery yes.
