So I finally got the flares off and the holes are pluged. Im almost ready to sparay the herculiner on the sides. Before I do I have a stupid question. What do I do with the space between the door and the body? I think that if I just spray over it that wont be good. Is there something that goes in there to prevent over spray or is there some technique. Thanks for any input.

Rhino Liner uses a special tape that has a fine wire embedded in it. After you spray, but before the liner cures completely, you pull the wire to give a smooth edge line. You may be able to find it at an auto paint supply store or I may be able to get some from my son.

And yes, I'll be at ECPR to pull you from between a rock and a hard place again.

I was afraid to use tape and paper. Mostly the paper. I'll look for that tape. Thanks Bob. I don't think I'm going to have time to spray it before the pig run but I'll post pics when after I do. See y'all friday evening.
