Here we go! Came out to move the 460 this morning and it wouldn’t start and I could hear a faint electric pump noise coming from the engine bay. Not sure what it is yet. Anyone else have this issue? I was driving it all day yesterday on some easy trails with no issue. I’m going to dig deeper, but any help or ideas would be much appreciated while I’m figuring it out.

That electric pump noise is the electric brake booster. It's nor run off of a vacuum and it's normal.

Soooo, what had happened was I left my dome lights on and got in to start the vehicle this morning. A very weak battery couldn’t crank, but possibly kicked on the brake booster, and that’s the noise I was hearing. I disconnected the battery to stop the pump and reconnected it. Have it on a charger right now and everything seems hunky-dory. Thanks @MrTorgue for the info.

So after fully charging my battery everything’s fine. 😅 It was just weird that my motor didn’t even try to crank over, but the pump came on and stayed on.

Understandable!

Did that!!
I have the rear shelf and when I pulled my tool bag out (during daylight) I inadvertently depress/turned on the very rear dome light with my knuckles.
Never noticed it. Since the interior lights dim to off, locking it at night, one doesn't notice the rear light still being on. I'd just walk away from it, not looking back.
After several days of having to jump the battery, I FINALLY figured it out!

All in all, it was the pump that really threw me off. Glad it was something so simple.
