Hey all. I just want to share with you some info about a off road park in Lewiston, Maine. I searched a bit on this forum and there wasn't much mentioned, so I figured I would let you guys know about this particular park.
It's called Allwheels Offroad Park. It belongs to my buddy Don on another forum, maine4x4. org. The park includes several miles of trails that go from very easy to extremely difficult. The park is still growing with more trails being made constantly.
Here is the park's MySpace page with all the parks info:
MySpace.com - All Wheels Off-Road Park - 47 - Male - 50 Old Farm Rd, Lewiston, Maine - www.myspace.com/lewiston4x4
And here is a current map of the whole park:

And you can find videos on youtube by searching Allwheels Off Road Park. Here's some examples of what they have.
Extreme trail:

Moderate trail:
YouTube - Trail Riding At Allwheels
Easy trails, roads:
YouTube - Rock face at All Wheels Offroad Park
Massage from Don, the owner during a club meet:

Hope you guys find this information helpful and perhaps maybe some of you will arrange some meets there.

There are about a dozen hotels in the area. Bet we could get a good rate if we all went as a group

For those who like camping can do so on his property.

We'd love to plan a group event up there, Lane might even have it on his Calendar in progress. I'm pretty sure Ernie & Sheri have been there and enjoyed it.

Probably not for the April meeting though.

Hi everyone. Glad to see the word is spreading. Please visit myspace.com/lewiston4x4. If you have any questions you can message me right on myspace. Or visit Home Page I am very busy and don't always check all the other sites (there are just so many), but you can always contact me from there. Thanks alot and hope we can meet some of you in person.

I would love to wheel there! That extreme trail is calling my name. Lets book a trip!

Holy cow, that's just across the Androscoggin bridge from where I live, about 20 minutes. I also believe they have events at Sunday River for sanctioned 4 wheel events, but may be limited to Jeeps.

That trail isn't really all that hard, and it's wicked short.
There are miles of trails, but nothing as hard as F&F has to offer.

But it may be "just right" for the stock guys that want to do something a bit more challenging.

I think I will pass then. Thanks.

I have rode my quad up there and I would agree with both these statements after seeing it for myself. Even with having a camp right near by, it still wouldnt be something I would tow my rig 5hrs to wheel. There just isnt enough big stupid faces, and challenging rocks to keep me busy. I would rip it up with a quad again in a heart beat :D We should plan a trip in the spring.
