I've had such a pleasent experience with this company that I had to let you all know about them in case you have not heard of them. They are ALL-PRO OFFROAD, http://allprooffroad.com/ . They have excellent customer service, fast shipping, helpful over the phone help, and several products that are on most if not all of our to do lists on our rigs.

My personal experience has been with front and rear gears with install kits, which they had in stock not to mention the Toyota Fac reverse cut 5.29's.

SO if you're doing the daily wishlist search and browsing the net, check out there website or call them and ask for Terry, he was a cool guy that answered all of my questions and provided great service. It was a pleasure doing business with them just as with many of the vendors on this board.

Good to hear a positive remark about a company. Most people just bag companies that don't provide good service but don't compliment the ones that do.

X2! I bought a rebuild kit for my 4runner's front axle from All-Pro waaaay back in the day. They were great, even helped me when I got stuck while doing it (it was my first time inside an axle). I'd recommend them highly.

PKP80: Thanks for the compliments, it was great talking to you on the phone, let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

Landtank: Our ends are the Japanese made 555 ends, the best you can get, and we just dropped the price on them.

XXXR: Your bumper is ready to pick up, I ordered your hardware kit & its already in & taped to your bumper - and good news, I was digging around the other day & found the signal lights that go in the bumper for you, thought those were lost but they will be included!

Arya Ebrahimi: Yeah, term was coined by a fired ex-employee who went to work for a competitor, It was amusing tp that company until he burned them too. We had some problems for a while, but those problems no longer work here. We will do everything we can to help our customers and provide the best customer service possible. If anyone has a problem, contact me directly and I will do everything possible to resolve it.

Thanks for the kind comments guys, and let me know if I can help.

Good to hear that you are actually offering good customer service now. I hope it keeps up. Personaly, I will NEVER buy anything from AP again. My experiences were not positive to say the least.....

Ah, the notorious CG ;p

I'll admit I haven't had any personal dealings with your company, just going from what I've read on the internet.

I do however continue to shop at Marlin despite their being a bit more expensive than Trail Gear. Given CG's reputation and the way that whole deal seemingly went down, I'll stick with Marlin until trail gear is a bit more proven in the consumer market.

Meanwhile, I will take another look at All-Pro when it comes time to pick up parts.
