The tie rod is the one toward the back. The front one is the relay rod, and you don't adjust toe with it (you may need to center your steering wheel with it). I use alignment plates and measuring tapes and aim for 5mm of difference between the front and rear tapes (toe in).

Thanks. What I don’t know is the 0.53* reading. Is that too much toe out on the PS? Bar should move towards DS?

Ok I think I’m asking this wrong. If I was a tech adjusting the toe with the above pic, how do I make it .25*

I think the PS tie rod needs to go in 2-3 turns, check?
This depends on the size of your tires. Try using thsi calculator.
Drag link that goes from pitman arm to pass knuckle centers your steering wheel. Tie rod behind the axle sets your toe.
Set your toe 1/8" in and drive it. Go from there to see where its happy.

Forget the 53⁰. You can't adjust toe on just one side. The two front wheels are linked with the "tie rod" ( see what they did with the name?)
Measure the toe in at the tire tread by comparing centre line of front tire tread, measured at the front and rear of front tires.

Toe is naturally equalised on both sides when suffering due to the effect of toe in and caster. Steering will naturally self centre.
Once your toe in is set, drive the vehicle and park it again with the tires pointing 100% straight ahead.
If your steering wheel is not centred, adjust this with the drag link.

Some of us don’t like the measurement using the tire as reference. I put the front on jack stands, wheels off, fasten a piece of angle aluminum to the hub, and measure 15” out from hub center.

I find a string line from rear wheels to front a shower easy way to do this, but this is no good for a lifted LHD with panhards going in opposite directions
Either way, a measurement is far easier than trying to use 5.3⁰
