Alignment and Frame Shop Santa Monica or Los Angeles

I'm looking for a good high end frame and alignment shop to look at a 100 Series for me. The vehicle has uneven tire wear, but doesn't pull. I'm looking for someone who can tell if it's a frame issue vs. an alignment issue and who can fix minor frame damage if necessary. Since my last alignment (at a tire shop I use), the uneven wear is better, but still there.

I've been to Accurate Alignment & Service in Orange, CA. They were the only custom alignment shop i've been to (for my old 4Runner with a Donahoe Stage 1 kit, not my 100). I've heard good things about Bear Frame & Wheel in Glendora but i've never been there

What did your alignment specs show?
Is it lifted or stock height?
Most alignment shops need to sell parts to make the alignment rack pay. I'm surprised they did not mention any worn parts...
If you can show us what their print out said this may tell a lot of what's going on.
