This isn’t tech.

alixpress is a market so it depends on the seller. Ive had crappy and great experiences but your money is protected by aliexpress payment policy (similar to paypal).

Agree, AliExpress is an Amazon competitor .. I have bought Android radios and parts for Toyota my Toyota's including my Land Cruiser.. So it is not just Tech and should be allowed in this forum. it is just like talking about or quoting Amazon, OEM Toyota parts stores, Partsouq or MegaZip. My 2cts..

That would be a great forum for, oh I don't know, a vendor to hawk their dry ice blasting business. But not so great for discussing a potential source for ordering parts for the 200 series.

On that note, just today I ordered a couple electrical connectors from AliExpress for the 200 Series. I'll be using these to tap into the rearview mirror on my 2010 LC to power a dashcam. The connectors aren't available with pins at a reasonable price from a US seller, so our good friend Ali it is.

Connectors are:

90980-12365

90980-12366

I hate ordering anything from AE due to the slow shipping, but for weird parts like this it can be worth it.

I also have my eye on this cupholder insert, which I can't find from a US seller.

I respect the names of tech and stuff but it’s a 200 section where we discuss everything 200s. I think it should be everything 200 but politics.

Someone needs to try this.

OBD Module Window Closer+ Mirror Auto Fold+ Speed Lock For Toyota Land Cruiser 200 LC 200 FJ200 2008-2015 Accessories

What has been your experience from ordering from them. Are they legit?
Thanks,
Ordered since long years alot of stuff from Ali. Mostly small electronic stuff and other things who are cheaper if I order them from China.
Never had a problem and they have already here in Europe warehouses so you don’t need to wait weeks or months to arrive for many products.

It is mostly a thing of „can I wait that long for the benefit of don’t cost that much“

And Ali is an real Amazon competitor. I mean there are things where you can get crap but it is the same on amazon (last week a mini usb cable from Amazon released the magic smoke out if my loved 10 year old Keyboard that I loved like my child…. Luckily found the same type on ebay. Phew) so go for it since its mostly 1:1 the same stuff you get around in your country just without the big margine of the resellers.

For LC Parts itself the AE are my best go for here in Germany. Had my Oem rear diff lock actuator at my door three days after order. I mean not like Amazon here with delivery next day but for shipping cost of 20$ I can await a delivery in three days
