I have an early 70's aisin carb and would like to know what the purpose of one of the bolts is. if you pull apart the upper and lower halfs of the carb, by removing the three boltrs from the lower half, there is one bolt, about 1.25" long that has a 3/32 hole through the center of it. mine is stripped pretty good and I need to know If I need to get the same bolt, with the hole in it, or if a regular bolt works just as well. trhanks for the help guys.

The bolt is the vacuum passage from the manifold up to the power valve.
Is the bolt stripped, or is the thread stripped out of the lead/zinc alloy carb body?
