Anyone has installed an after market air intake, and had done a dyno test on the LC 100.

put it this way, the bigger the holes in the filter, the more air and other junk can pass thru no matter what kind of oil its saturated with. Id stay away from k/n filters and the like for just that reason not to mention the oil off the filter will coat the maf sensor and its a pain to take em off and clean em all the time. Id stick with stock, maybe make a bigger hole on the can so it can suck more air thru the stock filter. Im thinking of what i did on my tacoma - deck plate mod - allows u to let more air in and close it up if doing any really dusty or watery conditions.Would you think that an aftermarket, cold-air intake would suck up a lot of dust for an off-road vehicle? I know we all don't go off-road every day, but I was curious whether dusty conditions would prohibit a cold-air intake?
I put one on my wife's M3, but that makes perfect sense to me.
Thoughts?
haha, the super ricer cruiser!!! couldn't much understand the text tho...
I like those fender flares as well, as I recall, they want DEEP $$$ for them.![]()
K&N makes an intake system for the 100, macneill and i both have it.
I've considered putting the stock system back on.
