Happy to help. If you need anything else, just ask. :)
I too ran into corrosion of springs in 2 of 3 height sensors and was having issues with AHC. I cleaned them to the best of my abilities but the same issues persist. Before I purchase 2 new sensors I was hoping to get a bit of help figuring out how to do the battery test. I have the 3 AAs, multimeter, and height sensor but what are people doing to line up the batteries and connect them to the sensor? I thought about using my kids' junior snap engineering kit but... 🤷‍♂️ It seems testing the cable that connects to the sensor is also a good idea but is that done while it's still connected to the vehicle (as opposed to the sensors themselves)?

I think you can find little connector things on Amazon to arrange two or three batteries.

If it were me though... Just but new genuine sensors unless you're looking for a project. The chances of you cleaning and reassembling bad sensors in a manner that yields reliable height sensors is essentially zero.

Ah you're right...I should have known! $5 could be the least expensive part I buy for this thing...

I'm open to replacing them but I guess you're saying any corrosion is likely a non-starter. I'm waiting for the Techstream to arrive so I haven't gotten to the point of adjusting T-bars, etc. yet. But the sensors are clearly not in the best condition

Old sensors without corrosion are a liability. Old sensors that have been dismantled with corrosion.... I wouldn't expect much.

All about your tolerance for failure though. 21 year old me would have gladly rolled the dice. 35 year old me running two businesses with two kids thinks that sounds like an impending disaster that'll have me sleeping on the floor.

I hear you, totally do. At the moment, the rear is what seems to have a mind of its own. Most often it moves to a lower LO position than I've seen before and seems to grind something underneath when I drive like that. When it occasionally sits in N or HI it doesn't happen.

I ordered a rear sensor have my fingers crossed the rear obeys the controls, and then I can move on to fixing other issues :)

Did your new rear height sensor worked after you installed the new one? I bought another used Sensor and it is not working correctly.

Yep I ended up replacing all 3. They work as expected although I still haven't quite dialed in the right pressures to bring the rear down quite as far as it needs to.
