AHC

I had a 100 LX 470. Left the Toyota family because of AHC in the 470. Had more problems than you can imagine and lexus couldn't fix them. Planning on a new cruiser unless they add AHC.

I own an LC 200 and an LX 570. I wish my LC had it. I really like it for my purposes on the LX (mostly low lying areas boat ramps water etc)

I`m from Switzerland, and drive the LC 200 - with AHC :)

It is a impressive System - never had a car before, who allows to drive bad dirt tracks with 100 miles - such a relaxed way. With stock 20" tires...

In 6 weeks starts my customizing process:

- ARB deluxe Bar,
- Winch
- Snorkel
- Kaymar rear Bar
- 285/70/R17 Cooper STT
- additional full Tank 180l
- stronger AHC (from the armored LC 200`s)

I hope - that the feeling is that great than stock ;)

Hope to see equipped this way - more tracks soon!

You're going to put an ARB bar and winch on with AHC? Good luck!

I'd think that 150lbs added weight would absolutely kill the AHC system. You will have one hell of a rake!

Easy fix, crank the torsion bar in front and install air balloon in the rear coils and your are all set. As long as the AHC keep operating in at the same pressure it will ride almost the same, except that inertia will maybe require you to ride in sport mode other wise it will feel like extra comfort.
