I just change the ahc fluid on my 2007 LX470 with 96k miles and it is quite a simple process. There is a great article written on this website.
My friends 2006 GX470 with 150k miles, he wants to have his ahc fluid change too. I cannot find any article of owners changing the ahc fluid for the gx 470 or the lc120. I cannot find anything from google search regarding ahc fluid flush for the gx.

The GX does not use fluid for the AHC, it has an air compressor that adjusts pressure in the air bags to raise and lower the rear of the vehicle.
