Hey all,

So I've been searching the forums and really its all over the place with this subject. Hoping we can make a thread with everyone posting their aftermarket wheels WITH center caps installed to see what is available.
Spoke to SCS and they only have the F5 model that is direct fit. F5 just looks to close to the stock 5 spoke wheel. If you get the SR8 you need to machine off 1/8" then cannot use a center cap any longer. To me just looks a bit unfinished. I am looking for a Method, SCS etc style wheel with a center cap.

Can y'all post up some pics of what you have with center caps and any info along with size, offset etc would be helpful..

Blackrock 16X10 4” back spacing

Not sure how I feel about the centercaps.

Sorry I missed this...”I am looking for a Method, SCS etc style wheel”

Interesting you have a 16x10. Be nice to find a 16x10 in a method, SCS style or similar. All those are 16x8 with 0 offset. Was hoping for a little some more aggressive.
That's a steel wheel correct?

Method Race Wheels MR105 Wheel Matte Black 17x8.5 6x5.5 (6x139.7) 0mm Offset - True Beadlocks. You can get fake ones too.

You need to buy differnt lugs for these to work.

Running a 1" Amazon spacer the tires stick out maybe 1" past the fenders

Dork, what finish are those? Those look great and love the finish of the caps, clean and tight

I think they called it gunmetal. Looks like "light black" most of the time. I didn't use spacers, but I think if the offset was any less the caps wouldn't fit.

The SCS SR8 will fit center caps in the rear if you run a wheel spacer. The cap still won't fit over the front hub even with a spacer. The center cap is too shallow.

My new Icon Rebounds are working with the center caps but these need a wheel spacer as well to fit. I have spidertrax 1.5" spacers.

What lug nuts did you get to work on the methods? I see they are spline, but are they longer? And why did you need this, are you running spacers and if so what size and brand did you get?

Hey Boxrocket what lift are you running to clear the 37's? Those ICONS's look super clean!! I might need to start keeping my options open.

Rocket,
do you have the part # of those spidertrax spacers? I looked them up and they do list an 80 series. Every other flippin toyota, even the 40 but no 80.. Curious to know what everyone else is running. All good intel, didn't even think about spacers to run the caps as being an option. Not a spacer fan, but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do! Extra loctite!!

I got the 1.5" spacer from Slee.

Lift is Stage4 3" HD Slinky kit.

Spacers ... I had to grind the lugs on the hubs down just a bit for them to fit properly. Not even sure if they were needed for the wheels or for the 37" tires. I bought them as a just in case and ended up using them.

I got the wheels here and the new lugs were needed because they are taper fit instead of the flat seated part like the stock wheels.

I just told them what vehicle I had and they sent the proper lugs for my wheels.

Not my style as I'm looking of more of a beadlock style wheel. Chrome is evil for a wheel to me for off roading. But to each their own!
