The steering in my bj74 is getting a bit shake and there is a definitely a leak in the passenger side knuckle. I purchased a steering knuckle rebuild kit and I am awaiting my Ellery's manual to compliment my Toyota manual. Besides for the beatings/seals and of course proper lube. Is there any other parts I may need or maint. I should take care of while I've got the knuckles apart. I will most likely service the brakes and replace the brake lines while at it as well. Thank you

there is a thread in FAQ with lots info about this topic .. 54mm socket first thing you will need that comes to my mind ..

Excellent info here:

I watched this the first time I did mine:

There are some slight differences between the 80 axle and the 70/60 but it's mostly in the hubs and brake lines.

One thing that I just learned and is not mentioned in either of the above is if you have a factory locker you MUST have it locked or you can loose a slide in to the diff when you pull the axles. Lots of work to get it out and back on.
