Sorry about that. It's the drag link or adjusting sleeve for the steering. The one from the pitman to the knuckle. O'reilly lists 2 for the 93 landcruiser, they are both made by Moog, look the same in the photos, but are $40 different.

My humble advice is to either get a new oem one or call up slee off road and get the entire rod for around 100 if i remember correctly.
