I saw that 100 on CL last week and if I had the time to see it you may not have been so lucky. Any chance the "minor" repairs include a misfiring coil pack? I guess it's a case of snooze you lose. That was a great deal even if you paid the asking price.

I was tipped off to the CL ad when it was first post by the CL ad king, thanks. After a call I was soon standing outside of his office when he leaving work with a bag of bennys for trade. The misfire was concerned seeing that new coil paks had just been installed by the seller. I did not take it at that time the agreement followed the next day. In the end a coil pak was replaced along with wiring issue was found by CBT. I also thought it was a good deal once the repair was done and it was not costly. The seller paid $10.5 four months and 1750 miles ago:eek:

Still had to roll the dice on the gamble. If it had a dead hole it wouldnt of been such a happy ending.

thankfully the ONE coil he didnt replace was bad along with the mentioned wiring issue - good to go :steer:

Very capable rig. Congrats LCP.

My other cruisers were not willing to share the love and space and snubbed the new addition. The new cruiser has been sent out to greener pastures. Im sure the new owner will give the cruiser all the love it needs.
