The wife has made the decision on my motor/transmission and am now looking at ordering the adapters.
...LT1, 4L60E, and FJ62 transfercase...

Who's got the better adapter for mounting transmission/case? Is it the same as the 700R4?
Who's got the stronger 350 motor mounts?
How many spline is the FJ62 transfercase?
Who's got the best deals on adapters (ie: SOR, Cruiser Outfitters, Marks)?
MUCHO thanks....

DLS it is my understanding Marks adapters are out of Australia and they sell in the US through Advance Adapters.
I also heard that the set up you are looking for is offered by Downey off road out of CA a few hundred miles from AA.

Im doing my swap (its on hold right now) and will probably go with Downey. Price wise betwee AA and downey is about $200 for the adpaters Im looking at.
Your TC should be a 19 spline.......

Of course I could be wrong on the adapters but Im sure someone else can chime in on this subject....

Thanks for the heads up on the Downey (I knew I forgot someone)!

as to motor mounts, make your own- easy and strong.

Manuchao is right about AA distributing Mark's, and Downey has good adapters as well.

Hey dirty... check with overthehill over in St. Johns they've usually got good used parts including adaptors, trannys, etc. Might find yourself a deal over there.

Got any contact information?

Thanks...
Just shot them an email.

So, anyone have other things to say about the adapters themselves?
