I had the local Toyota dealer replace lower control arms and suspension components, as well as all 4 shocks. I asked them to flush the ACH system.

The tech said he cannot get the truck to get out of low. The pump is working along with all of the other ach components, but for some reason the button is not sending a signal to the pump to go in to neutral position. He said the L is flashing on the dash. They checked fuses and solenoids, everything seems to be working from that standpoint. Globes were done about 30,000 miles ago.

Any ideas or recommendations on how to fix this issue?

Watched the AHC 1-2-3 video and had some discussion with the YotaMD guy. He said to plug in and check the techstream for fault codes and sounds like the pressures are to high. I will report back with what I find out.

Possible air bubble in the pump? Or gel? Put a little pressure in the fill tank and see if that gets it moving.

Mechanics had the door open. Once they closed the door, the AHC system worked fine.
I remember the day I figured out that mine wasn't adjusting due to a door being open... made me laugh to read that was your resolution. Glad it wasn't something serious.

Yea, me to. The mechanic about lost it because he spent so much time chasing down fuses to make sure everything was getting power on the AHC. And it just the door.

Thanks for everyone’s reply.

That’s why I roll the window down when messing with it so I can press the buttons with the door closed! Lol

I walked away from one once because I couldn’t get the AHC to work. In hindsight it was just the door. Doh
