Yeah, I'm an idiot, that's a typo. Have a 2002 Land Cruiser 100. Thanks for the URL.
Also if yours doesn’t have the air filter door, get this retrofit kit and add some filtered air to your vehicle. You already have to fight the door to get it off, might as well upgrade right? @cruiserpatch also just has the gasket if you want just that.

FWIW the OE seals have iffy results. They're typically good for a few years but I've had better luck just using FIPG or some form of silicone sealer on my truck.

The OE fix is a lot cleaner but I didn't want to have to do it again. Food for thought.

So since the day I got my 2004 LX, I have had the ac drip in the passenger foot well, right on top of my wife's feet lol. The car has also had a musty smell since day one too. I figured the ac drain to the outside was clogged and the small gasket needed to be replaced too......

So fast forward a year later, I took the LX on a roadtrip (8 hours each way), and at some point, on the way back, I realized that the musty smell was gone..... but I did not pay too much attention to it. Once I got home and let the car sit in the driveway for a while, I came back outside to the car to see this huge puddle of liquid under it, I freaked out thinking it was the AHC fluid or something similar but turns out to be coming from the AC drain.

To my surprise, without ever attempting to unclog the drain or change the gasket, the drain became unclogged and finally flowing freely. It must have been a combination of heat, bumpy roads, and some sorcery. But now the smell is completely gone and wow the car smells inside like a brand new car and no drip on the floor mat.

It must have been a fairly sizeable clog, because it really did smell awful inside this whole time. It honestly is like I got a new car. haha.
