Odd... it should be in the FSM. It's definitely in the mini-truck FSM.
FYI... I've done it once. It was a PITA. You need a really stout set of snap-ring pliers. The seal for the main shaft is really expensive and pretty hard to get out. And after I put it all back together, converted everything to R134a, had it charged, it still leaked.
Here's the diagram from the parts microfiche. I also have a supplement to the body and chassis manual, publication number 36274A that has procedures on disassembly and repair of the compressor. I got mine from SOR, but you can also probably order it from toytoa materials distribution.
I'm not sure if this will help, but here are a couple short videos on resealing a Denso 10PA series compressor. There are some differences, but it might give you some idea of what's involved.
Bookmarking this thread. Going to get a used A/C compressor and use it as an OBA compressor in place of my factory smog pump. Should be the perfect location once I get a bracket fabbed up
