Whether I turn on front A/C or rear, the compressor is not engaging the serpentine belt. I don't even hear a click from a relay trying to engage it.

Obviously I'll check relays and fuses, but before I download the entire FSM and dive through wiring schematics, can anyone give me advise on other places to look? It's hot as hell and I'm dying out here. I know there are some sensors in the vehicle. Maybe something came unplugged (I've recently been doing a lot of work on the interior). Thanks everyone!

It could also be that the system has lost enough refrigerant that the low pressure switch is not allowing the compressor to engage.

This.

You really need a set of gauges to diagnose this. Possibly techstream, though I haven't dug around to see whether the live data will show system pressures.

And please don't just go get a recharge can from the parts store, especially not one with stop leak.

I've got Fieldpiece SM360 gauges and clamps, 4ch data logging thermocouples, vacuum pump. I'll dig into that side of things first. If system is low, figure out why it's low, possibly add UV dye to R134.

Looking at fuse box, there is TONS of stuff for A/C, A/C system, infotainment A/C, front A/C, rear A/C, blowers, etc. Does anyone know which fuse and relay is specifically for the AC compressor clutch engagement or that circuit? That's the first thing I'd like to check. Digging through fuse maps now....not too helpful. Might have to download FSM.

Sharing a way to get error codes and reset them on our AC’s

Maybe not relevant or useful for the clutch not engaging, good to know though.

I had a thought. While I was running some cable through the right side firewall, I damaged this cable. I meant to ask here about what it might be in order to get the right type of wire to repair it. I don't suppose it could be a sensor for the AC evap coil? Or something else related to AC? Either way, I should get it fixed. Anybody have any idea what this is? Thanks!

Shielded coax, probably from some sort of antenna.
