Hi,
AC clutch is not engaging and spinning when i press the AC button. To start with, I want to check the Clutch relay, where can I find that in 1997-1FZ-FE.
Clutch is not jammed, I was able to spin it with hand.
Thanks,

Jump it at the plug with 12V off the battery. Hook the ground to a good known ground and tap the hot side with a jumper wire. All you have to do is tap the connection, just to be sure it cycles.
Is there a reason you suspect the clutch magnet? Or is this just the first step in your diagnostic journey?

I mis read your question... have you downloaded the FSM including the wiring diagrams from the rescouce section on this forum?

Thanks, yes this is just a first step to diagnose the problem.
I been told If there is no gas the clutch won't engage because there's a pressure switch that won't let it run without the gas. Is this true?
Should I first just get it Re-gassed and check?

That is correct. The low pressure cutoff protects the compressor from damage.
As stated, just jump it without the engine running to see if it engages. You don't want to run the compressor if it's low on gas.

The Toyota FSM has a step by step troubleshooting guide.
