.....for sale that is. I haven't been active at all on Mud in a very long time and even less so in the local community. Family dynamics have changed and it's time for me to find my old girl a new home. For those that don't know my rig, here's a few threads:

My apologies if this post shouldn't go here, but I wanted the local community to get dibs in case anybody is in the market.

A quick run-down:

1985 FJ60, blue
2.5 inch lift with Dakar heavies in the rear
33's BFG AT on steel wheels
2001 5.3L Vortec transplant in 2007 with crated H55
Interior dampenedProcar front seats
New DIY cargo carpet.
braided steel fuel lines with pressure gauge
AC works but compressor just got rebuilt so it's not installed currently
Power steering hose leak

Paint is in an "oxidized phase" currently.....I haven't polished and waxed it in over a year
There's one small area of rust on the passenger's rear fender right above the wheel...I cut most of it out and covered it, but it needs to be repaired. I have a bunch of extras to throw in as well, including factory code paint and primer in rattle cans (never used), an extra pair of shackles, and probably some other stuff I need to go through including some manuals.

$8500

If you or somebody you know is interested, please let me know, otherwise I'll be putting her up on the board classifieds

Thanks,

JP

Update: TXED came up to Austin and left with his new rig! I know "The Darkside" is in good hands and will enjoy some new love and attention. I will be excited to see what new improvements and adventures she'll go on. After 17 years with a truck, it is certainly and weirdly difficult to part with it....but it's the right time and like I said I believe she's got a great new home. Congrats TXED!
